* The 3TM High Flow Intranasal Hydration Oxygen Therapy (HFNC) device is a treatment that provides a controlled and relatively constant inhalation of oxygen concentration (21%~100%), temperature (31~37C) and a flow rate of (10~80L/min).
* The 3TM high flow respiratory humidification device mainly includes the oxygen-air mixing device, the humidification device, the high flow nasal obstructive catheter, and the heating breathing pipeline.
*Used in all kinds of intensive care units (ICU), emergency, respiratory, infection, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, ENT, anaesthesiology, pediatrics, geriatrics, hyperbaric oxygen department, rehabilitation department, etc.
* It is used for some conditions such as type 1 respiratory failure: acute viral pneumonia, such as COVID-19 and H1N1, accompanied by type 1 respiratory failure, patients with mild to moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute cardiorespiratory failure , secondary immunosuppressive respiratory failure, acute exacerbations of interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis, critically ill ICU patients are consecutively removed from the device or used alternately with a non-surgical ventilator, used after major surgery.
Type II respiratory failure: conscious patients with severe hypoxia and hypercapnia can use or alternately with a ventilator, chronic oxygen therapy in patients with stable COPD; accompanied by pulmonary hypertension.
